Mô tả công việc

Meet freight forwarding sales targets by developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
Oversee client onboarding, prepare service proposals, and handle shipment-related issues.
Ensure timely customer payments in coordination with the finance team.
Track market trends, analyze competitors, and collect customer feedback to guide strategy.
Generate leads within the company network and affiliates, and maintain accurate sales reports.
Promote services locally and grow “free hand” opportunities.
Execute all tasks with professionalism, precision, and problem-solving focus.

Male/Female, 25-30 years old.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the international freight forwarding industry.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, ETC.)

Salary : Gross 15 – 20 mil or can nego with each case
Allowance 700k meal + 300k gasoline
Incentive based on Gross Profit, cap 25% / (Gross + allowance), pay for each quarter in the 3 RD months of next quarter
13th salary
Salary increasing in Jan each year
Personal health insurance PTI, company trip, annual health check, holiday bonus, WFH 1 day per week after probation
