Search for new customers & connect, maintain relationships with customers based on available data
Offer services to customers in need of: International shipping rates by sea - air; Import-export customs services, road transport; Logistics-related services, ...
Coordinate with internal departments to monitor and manage shipments.
Report daily/weekly/monthly on customer approach progress. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

College/University degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or other business fields with good relationships with import-export companies, investment and production enterprises, and import.
Have basic knowledge of foreign trade, transportation, international payment,
Incoterms, have good understanding of the market. Have foreign language skills, good communication skills & other soft skills are an advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Passionate about logistics and eager to grow in a dynamic working environment.
