JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise sales activities in the assigned area to ensure the achievement of sales targets & team sales goals.
- Monitor the progress of promotional programs for customer groups within the responsible area.
- Coordinate with the Planning department & related departments to clearly communicate trade promotion programs and promotional activities to the team.
- Sales Supervising: Proven experience in sales supervising and ability to implement sales plans that drive revenue and efficiency.
- Sales performance tracking: Revising monthly Promotion Plan requested by Sales Staff to ensure the plans go on track & meet objectives.
- Monitoring Sales Promoter activities: Together with Sales Promoters Supervisor managing, supervising and motivating PCs/Sales Promoters Team to make sure that their activities and performance meet Company's requirements.
- Sales coaching & monitoring.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-years of experience in sales supervising, business operations, or a related field, preferably in the FMCG or distribution sector.
- Effective communication skills for dealing with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently as required for business operations.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and dedication to achieving company goals.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to communication in English at intermediate level.
