Key Responsibilities:

Daily

• AR Invoice issuing – under the instructions and supervision of GA.
• Matching invoice of Import shipment into Inventory in timely manner.
• Flash sale report weekly.
• Update cashflow – AR and Cash inflow in timely manner.
• Clear incoming cash in ERP system/reconcile account receivable aging.

Month end closing

• Take the Inventory report, reconcile Inventory/Stock and Slow moving report.
• Finalization Good In Transit at month end.
• Reconcile Intercompany balance at month end.
• Raise new Fixed Asset/ Asset disposal/Reconcile FA depreciation.
• In charge of AR accounts/ Inventory Account/Fixed Asset Account.
• Margin analysis reports.
• Other tasks.
