Key Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for assessing the credit worthiness of the SME borrowers, prepares and submits loan proposals to the higher level for decision-making, has to ensure the effectiveness of credit underwriting turn-around time.

Prepare SME loan proposals submitted by RMs.
Analyze the financial statements and creditworthiness of borrowers.
Ensure the effectiveness of credit underwriting turn-around time.
Identify borrowers’ business risks and propose corresponding mitigations.
Interact with Commercial Team to solicit and verify the borrower's information.
Propose credit decisions and negotiate with RMs accordingly.
Liaise with the Management Credit in presenting a loan proposal and responding to queries or suggestions from them.
File reports on the turnaround time of the loan process.
Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor degree in banking/finance, business, economics, or other equivalent qualification.
At least 8-10 years of working experience related to credit and/or financial analysis for SME in Vietnam.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding and knowledge of the microfinance and banking sectors.
Good interpersonal communication, teamwork, and being result-oriented.
Sound computer literacy, particularly in Word, Excel, the Internet, and email.
Proficiency in English.
High commitment with strong work ethics and integrity.
