• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on CI/CD.
• Strong proficiency with Docker containerization.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, services, ingress controllers, and custom resources.
• Strong experience with AWS services, particularly EKS, IAM, ECR, and VPC networking.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or BitBucket Pipelines).
• Proficient in shell scripting (Bash) and at least one programming language (Go, Python, or JavaScript).
• Experience with security scanning tools (dependency scanning, SAST).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Jaeger.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Proficiency in English and/or Japanese for international collaboration.

Preferred Requirements

Having any of the following requirements is a plus:

- Experience with implementing service mesh technologies.

- Experienced with Node.js backend development (NestJS or Parse).

- Experienced with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

- Experience implementing GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD or Flux.

- Agile mindset in product development.

- Certification in DevOps-related technologies (CKA, CKAD, or Terraform Associate, etc)

- Experience with observability patterns in microservices architectures.

- Prior work with PagerDuty or similar incident management systems.

- Experience with advanced Helm chart development.

- Network security in containerized environments.
