- Manage and develop a portfolio of supplier
- Look for and develop new suppliers for materials in order to support/ inspire the designing
team for new ideas and new product development
- Evaluate and select potential suppliers by reviewing capability and facility as well as
visiting the factory
- Assess and compare, negotiate with suppliers to get quotations and deal contract terms in
order to ensure cost reduction
- Take care of payment process & policy of the company in order to ensure payment in
clear and transparent way.
- Take care of purchasing activities
- Pro-actively source and purchase new material, products part, form, techniques and know-
how for new collection as well as for design inspiration
- Contribute to enrich Hanoia’s library for sourcing & purchasing
- Perform purchasing outsourcing product & materials that are related to accessories (bags, shoes, hats…)
- Communicate Hanoia’s guidelines and standards to make sure purchased products fit Hanoia quality requirements.
- Follow strictly the Sourcing & Purchasing process
- Monitor on-time delivery to make sure the orders to be shipped to customers as schedule
- Be in charge of new product development
- Handle new development activities for out-sourcing products, including: designs analysis, product risk assessments, preventive and corrective action plan, create and control all the product specifications, etc.
- Study request from customer, check the feasibility of the design/ new development to get.
back designing team if any needed correction.
- Keep updating with customers about product status, technical issues, material/technique.

- Review tech packs and samples fit with tech to ensure the product requirements are followed

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education: Bachelor degree
2. Major: Sourcing, Purchasing, logistics, business administration or related fields
3. Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of supplier sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with suppliers)
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Chinese language is a plus
4. Skills:
- Solid Interpersonal & Analytical skill
- Negotiation skill
- Data driven approach skill
- Ability to create reports and conduct cost analyses
5. Competences/ Attitude:
- Problem solving ability & Logical thinking
- Attention to details
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Experience: At least 2 years’ experience at the same position
