1. Care for potential parents and convert them into parents of the school
- Receive leads from Marketing and other sources, quickly contact them to provide enrollment consultation
- Proactively make calls, send text messages, and follow up with parents via email to ensure a seamless care process.
- Build a trusting relationship with parents, addressing inquiries about the curriculum, tuition fees, and the school’s policies
- Guide parents to participate in Open House sessions, class experiences, and enrollment events to increase conversion rates
- Monitor and update the lead status in the CRM system or tracking file, ensuring no leads are overlooked
2. Establish contact and identify client sources to expand student enrollment opportunities.
- Search for and build a list of potential kindergartens in the area for collaboration
- Proactively contact the school leadership, teachers, or parent associations at kindergartens to build relationships
- Propose and implement collaborative activities such as organizing events, workshops, and experience days for preschool students
- Support the Admission Leader in negotiating and signing collaboration agreements with kindergartens to attract students to first grade
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each kindergarten in converting students to the school
- Identify and collaborate with B2B partners—including businesses, institutions, schools, and training centers—to broaden student enrollment channels
3. Support branding efforts and enrollment events
- Coordinate with the Marketing & Admission team to organize Open House events, enrollment workshops, and seminars for parents and students
- Support in preparing materials, brochures, and gifts for enrollment events
- Meet with and provide direct consultation to parents at events to encourage enrollment registration
- Monitor and report event results, and propose improvements to optimize performance
4. Coordinate with departments to improve the enrollment experience for parents
- Work with departments such as Teachers, the School Leadership, and Administration to ensure accurate and consistent consultation information.
- Collect feedback from parents about the enrollment process and suggest improvements to enhance their experience.
- Track the student's journey from registration to enrollment to ensure a smooth process.
5. Participate in developing and enhancing enrollment content
- Support the Marketing team in developing enrollment content such as articles, parent testimonial videos, and successful case studies
- Provide feedback on content for the website and fanpage to make enrollment information more engaging and clearer
- Share real insights from the parent consultation process to help Marketing optimize promotional campaigns
6. Customer care
- Welcome and introduce potential parents to the Head of School (HOS), Head of Section or Teachers if necessary
- Explain the mission and vision of the school and detail of the curriculum and extracurricular activities. Guide Parents to visit the school.
- Support teachers to act as connection between Parents and Teachers during study period.
- Actively take care of Parents and Students according to instructions to ensure that parents are updated with information and satisfied with the service
- Receive and feedback the inquiries, complaints from the parents.
- Update the student’s attendance & contact the parents when students are absent.
- Contact the parents in regard to student’s issues including lack of uniforms, belongings…
- Check and respond to inquiries from parents via email, hotline Tesla Care.
- Remind the parents about school fees and other fees (health insurance, meals, bus or textbooks fee, etc…)
- Send the parents letters/ notifications including, Parent-Student Handbook, school events (outdoor trips, conference, feedback survey…).
- Support and guide parents to install and use applications related to student learning.
- Ensure up to date product knowledge, by continually reviewing andseeking out information of the school.
- In charge of making applications for employee’s children if they want their child/ children study at school
- Assist parents to send items to students
- At least 2 yearsofexperience in the same postions
- Experienced in B2B customberis a big plus
- Fluent in English
