Implement and execute monthly recruitment plans, ensuring targets and workforce quality are met.
Source, assess, and conduct initial interviews for positions in Business, Back Office, Technical, and Service departments.
Coordinate and improve the onboarding process to ensure the best experience for new employees.
Develop recruitment strategies and channels, expand, and maintain a pool of high-quality candidates.
Monitor work progress, regularly report results, identify existing issues in professional tasks, and propose solutions to achieve objectives.
Participate in the development, implementation, and execution of employer branding and communication programs to attract and retain employees.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

At least 1 year of experience in recruitment for diverse positions and multiple levels.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Proficient in English communication (intermediate to advanced level).
Experience in building and developing a diverse talent pool.
Skilled in using recruitment tools and professional social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Preferably experienced in organizing Employer Branding programs/activities.
Creative and innovative thinking to optimize the recruitment process.
Integrity, diligence, and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently under high pressure.
