Reporting Line: Senior Manager
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Talent & Organization Specialist is responsible for assisting with internal Learning and Development activities within the organization, including designing and creating communication materials, managing projects timeline & deliverables, managing events, generating data and reports based on project needs.
Experience:
Minimum 2-year experience
• Relevant understanding/experience in communication & project management
• Able to use Photoshop/Filming/Videoing/ AI Tools … would be an advantage
