Delivery the engineering plan in line with Business Plan/ Engineering manager
Manage design engineers & detail engineers to work in team.
Manage and re-enforcement team members to the best practice.
Ensure that all the schedules are met as per commitment with Sales team and customers.
Work closely with Sale Team to win project on solution
Work with Sale team / engineering manager to develop new products
Civil engineer degree or equivalent
Experience in PEB design at least 5 years
Familiar to international standard in steel structure (mild steel / cold form)
Understand fabrication process / tolerance / limitation
Understand erection process, erection tolerance, method statement
- Knowing concrete structural design is an advantage
- Having construction experience is an advantage
- Knowing visual basic / programming is an advantage
