Greet Korean guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Address inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Facilitate communication between guests and other hotel departments.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
Assist in organizing events, restaurant reservations, spa bookings, and tour arrangements.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Presentable appearance, friendly and professional attitude.
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
