Support in preparing HR documents such as contracts, appendices, and employee profiles.
Assist in updating and maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Help coordinate interviews, prepare test papers, and contact candidates.
Support the onboarding process for new hires (welcome kits, checklists, document collection).
Assist in monthly payroll data preparation and timesheet collection.
Help prepare reports related to social insurance and personal income tax (PIT).
Support internal events such as birthday celebrations, team buildings, etc.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by HR Executive/Manager.

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Able to work at least 4–5 days/week (flexible schedule can be arranged).
