- Verify and record input invoices in compliance with regulations
- Process and record receipt / payment transactions
- Monitor payment schedules, prepare payment documents, and ensure timely payments
- Organize and maintain accounting records systematically
- Support to prepare tax declaration & finalization
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
- College degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing or finance
- Good communication and reading skills in English
- Preference for candidates with experience using Misa accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, honest, highly responsible, and committed to long-term employment.
