【Job description (details)】
- Use Cubicost software in work.
- Take off the volume of design documents according to structural and architectural drawings.
- Make estimates, check estimated values, separate estimates, and construction BOQ for projects
- Ensure project progress and work quality
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Job details will be discussed specifically during the interview

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from University with major in Construction or related major in electrical, construction, MEP
- Graduates from non-technical majors but with experience in quantity take-off and passion for QS work will still be welcome
- At least 1 years experience in the construction industry, as a CAD Engineer or equivalent position
- Good communication in English (Business level English to work effectively with Singapore team)
